Ms. Duckor's presentation included the operating environment of the Minneapolis Public Library and the need to position the library for both the public phase of the $15 million capital campaign and to build excitement for the grand opening of the Central Library.  Chris Birt, principal, A/B Group One, presented all aspects of the MPL campaign.

Ms. Duckor's presentation included how The Friends of the Minneapolis Public Library's role evolved from a Friends organization into a major fundraiser (foundation.) Ms. Duckor presented with Donna Bero, executive director of The Friends of the San Francisco Public Library, and Peter Pearson, president of The Friends of the St. Paul Public Library.

Ms. Duckor's presentation addressed how to move an organization to a higher state of sales performance including a 9-step customer-oriented process to personal selling including sales tools.

Ms. Duckor's presentation addressed the two key building blocks of growth: solid planning and quality-driven processes that create and deliver value for the customer.  She also presented Customer Experience Management™ - integrating planning and process with customer contact points.

Ms. Duckor addressed how "Siting a business" is not the sole responsibility of the economic development professional; it takes the efforts of many! She presented how a community, region or organization can provide site selection to meet a client's needs.  Her presentation provided a working framework to understand the siting process from the client perspective and as a process that includes the complexities of the many players involved.  Ms. Duckor presented Community Experience Management™ - identifying the critical success factors.
