Ms. Duckor leverages over thirty-five years of in-depth and multi-disciplinary corporate and business experience into consultancy that serves organizations in need of an outsider's perspective and expertise.
Ms. Duckor’s consulting portfolio includes work with diverse and complex stakeholders from a wide range of public and private groups. She has a proven track record of engaging these stakeholders in community building, visioning, and planning. She focuses on well-defined strategy, clear outcomes, and measurable results.
Ms. Duckor has served on more than 25 regional, state, and national governing boards for the arts, community and economic development, including affordable housing, environment, trade associations, and social justice nonprofits.
Ms. Duckor co founded and is President of a nonprofit, Growing Community Roots, which invests directly in water catchment systems that provide safe water for drinking and bathing for students in the Homa Bay area of Western Kenya. The school investments also build new latrines that offer privacy and community gardens that ensure children will nutritious meals.
